Product transformed at the Terminal is subject to EU Certificate of Origen, adding value to exports to countries under Free Trade Treaty.

This capability can add value on free trade treaty countries trade.

• Issuance of european certificate of origin:

Off spec product, when treated and converted into commercially viable product, will be considered transformed.

Transformation, as per customs regulation, generates new nomenclature and certificate of origin.

European certificate of origin adds value to your originally non european product (Artic / North Sea / Baltic) for trade free agreement destination markets (such as south Korea).

Blending alone can not considered transformation.
